How can I track a package?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
Local to our Albany office? You can now choose local pick up as an option for shipping. We will contact you directly when your order is ready and you can pick up at our office!
Livilu Boutique wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you'd like to make a return please contact us within 14 days of the shipment date of your order.
A product exchange request not due to our manufacturing defect, such as when you change your mind about a product you ordered & want a different item, we will assess our standard delivery charges to you when we send the Product Exchange to you. Taxes on delivery charges may also apply.
For a refund request not due to a manufacturing defect, IE. you change your mind about a product & want a refund on that product, we will not refund to you our standard delivery charges that you paid on your original order when we issue your refund. We will only refund the price you paid for the product & any taxes directly assessed on that product, & we will not issue a refund on any taxes directly assessed to you on delivery charges.
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you return an item you purchased with a gift certificate from Livilu, we will place the applicable refund back on the gift certificate (less any applicable delivery charges and taxes, if applicable) in accordance with our Return Policy.
